http://www.oakgov.com/lawlib The Family Law Assistance Project (FLAP) is a collaborative program between Lakeshore Legal Aid and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School's Auburn Hills campus which offers:
- legal services to low-income Oakland County residents at no cost
- counseling clients
- preparing legal pleadings
- representing them in the Oakland County Circuit Court on family law issues ranging from divorce to personal protection orders.
FLAP accepts prospective applicants every other Wednesday.
